Quick and painless should be their slogan! Guy came out 2 hours after i called. Rafael was his name, put on his boot covers came inside. Installed a new faucet, cleared the drain checked everything to make sure everything worked properly in my house. Worked for well over an hour and only charged me for an hour. Definitely recommend Chris Plumbing and especially Rafael, you can request him when you call. And the guy who answers the calls was very professional and courteous. Didn’t get his name but he made me laugh.

The owner of the company was sent out within the hour which i was a pleasant surprise. And he knew his stuff. I got 4 more quotes after his at which point i realized, no need for any more. In terms of knowledge, price and materials, what Chris Plumbing propsed was BY FAR the best! They said they can begin the work within a matter of days… is that even possible. Well to my surprise, in 3 days they came early in the morning with everything and i really mean EVERYTHING they needed. 3 vans, all Chris Plumbing on the side, all clean! Workers were very professional and also clean (boot covers and all!). I admit it was a very difficult job so took a bit longer than expected but when they were done… well lets just say i never thought plumbing work would impress me but i was wrong. Looked great and works very efficiently. All the permits were done for me. These guys deserve a lot more credit in the area

Very pleased with the customer service, response and overall work! I called their call center and a live person answered right away. A technician was sent to my home within the hour which was very nice as I had a bad leak coming from under the sink. He fixed it in about 30 minutes and also checked if everything else worked fine. Their prices are much better than all the other companies I called and the guy made sure to keep everything clean while he worked. Will definitely recommend Chris Plumbing to friends!

Joseph and his plumbing team did a fantastic job installing a new water heater. Scheduling was super easy and the installation was done quickly on the day it was promised. The workers cleaned everything up when they left so there was nothing to do to clean up after them. They even fixed a leaking hose in a completely different part of the house and didn’t charge extra for it. Overall, I would hire them again. Let me tell you this company is great to work with . I was in a very difficult situation with my home and my landlord was not good to me during the situation.
